In order to better manage your TE and GOTS certification programs, strengthen our information management and improve efficiency, and provide you with better services, Intertek China will start using the new Source clear platform on January 15, 2024.

At that time, Source clear platform will help you with:

• Obtaining multi-standard scope certificates and transaction certificates.
• Building a global supply chain information network and sharing your supply chain information with one click.
• Managing all scope certificate information and saving time by submitting change-in-scope request directly through the platform.
• Selecting product information conveniently and accurately without mistakes.
• Linking your scope certificates with transaction certificates. You will only need to select the target product in scope certificate when applying for transaction certificate.
• Solving communication difficulties by real-time communication or leaving message.
• Switching multi-language operation interface with one click to solve the operation problems of multinational companies.
• Ensuring your certificate could be found on Textile Exchange official website in time through the real-time connection between Source clear platform and the Textile Exchange system.

Please find below our timeline for switching from IGI to Source clear. In order not to delay your transaction certificates, please submit your application as far as possible before the following deadlines:

• From 9 a.m. on January 5, 2024 (Beijing time), IGI will no longer accept new user registrations.
• From 9 a.m. on January 8, 2024 (Beijing time), IGI will no longer accept input TC applications.
• From 9 a.m. on January 11, 2024 (Beijing time), IGI will no longer accept outgoing TC applications.
• From January 11 to January 13, 2024, IGI will issue all remaining TCs that have complete information. 
  If there is an error in the application, it is not allowed to be amended in IGI anymore. Please re-submit your application through Source clear platform.
• On January 15, 2024, Source clear will be available for login.

For clients who hold any valid scope certificate issued by Intertek China, we will help you transfer your data to Source clear as much as possible, including SC data, business partner information and the remaining input TC.

• If you have already created an account in IGI, you will receive one login email from Source clear platform on January 15th, please follow the instructions in the email to log in to source clear.
• If you have not yet created an account in IGI, please send the English name of your company (i.e. the same name as the English name on your scope certificate) and your email address for contact to your Intertek sales from January 15th, and we will help you obtain the login account and other information. (Note: the contact email address of each account cannot be the same.) Please do not temporarily register an IGI account for this purpose, as this will increase our workload and may result in errors in your data.
